Once an order is placed, we begin processing the request very quickly, however, it is possible to cancel an order during the processing period. Please note, once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order:
PLEASE CONTACT US to cancel your order before the order moves into the shipping process.
After you complete and submit your Cancellation Request, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been cancelled. Any pending charges will be refunded to you within 3~5 business days.
- If you would like to make changes to the order or change the shipping address, you will need to cancel the order and place a new order.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can NOT cancel.
Items may occasionally be cancelled by our system if there was an issue with the order or in low-stock situations. If an item is cancelled, you will receive an email notification that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
We only accept Paypal as a payment method. If you don't have a Paypal account, you may sign up or use a credit card/bank transfer through Paypal gateway.
