Shipping Methods

Tracking Your Order


  • Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped.
  • Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and the carrier that is delivering your order.
  • There are several ways to track the status of your order:
  1. Check your email. The email address you provided during checkout allows us to provide information about the status of your order.
  2. Visit the website. Click USPS Tracking System to track your package 24 hours a day.
  3. Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, contact us.




Shipping Rules and Restrictions


  • Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address may only be shipped via USPS Standard and cannot be expedited. Please allow 7~10 business days for the product to arrive at the U.S. military post office box. We cannot guarantee delivery times after the order is delivered to the military post office box.
  • All orders require a correct street address in order for delivery to be made on time. We are NOT responsible for any package lost or misdelivery, please contact your local mail carrier for more information.
  • Please give the mail carriers more time to deliver your package during the busy holiday seasons or bad weather.

Shipping Methods and Costs


Shipping fMethods All the orders will shipped by U. S. Postal Service. Other shipping methods will be available upon request. Orders placed to APO or FPO military addresses will be delivered United Stats Postal Service (USPS) Standard. You may also upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Two Days service) within the contiguous 48 states via USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, the extra shipping cost will be charged to you. You need to notify us for the upgrading right after placing the order. Delivery Times USPS First Class usually takes 7~10 business days to delivery, sometimes busy holiday seasons, bad weather or human errors may cause delay. Shipping Cost Each item has its own individual shipping cost, some of them may offer " FREE SHIPPING". To find out the shipping cost - just add the item to the cart.




International Shipping


Currently, we do NOT ships orders to international addresses, except purchasing Sewing Pattern.





Ordering & Payment

Sales Tax


Outside Texas customers do not pay any sales tax. Texas residents or "Ship To" address in Texas will be subject to a 8.25% Sales Tax. If you are shopping on our web site, this will show on check out process.




Payment Options


We only accept Paypal as payment method. If you don't have a Paypal account, you may sign up one or use credit card/bank transfer through Paypal gateway.




Item Availability


We only has in-stock items available for purchase online. If an item is out of stock, it will be temporarily unavailable for purchase online.




Emails About Your Order


To ensure that our emails are delivered promptly to your Inbox, please add our email address to your contacts or safe senders list. You will receive one or more of the following emails after your order is placed:

  • Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order and provides you with an order number, shipping and billing information, and an order summary. Please keep this email for your records. If you are purchasing downloadable Sewing Pattern, you will receive the link through email as well.
  • Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected during checkout, as well as your shipping location. Your credit card will be charged for the order amount once your items have shipped.





Returns & Cancellations

Rules & Restrictions for Returns


  • Returns must be paid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
  • All returns must be approved by us and with original receipt or packing slip.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  • We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.
  • We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
  • In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • Original form of payment through Paypal will be credited for your refund.




Returning Items that purchased from our other Store


Items that purchased from our other on-line store will process through the ordered place. We do NOTaccept returned that purchased from our other store or other places.




Return Policy


ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR RETURN. NO REFUND FOR SEWING PATTERN PURCHASING. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST, if you have some reason that may return your new or unused product within 7 days of purchase with original receipt or online packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment through Paypal. All returns must be approved by us and with original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy and 30% of the original purchase price for restocking fee may apply. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, if the original purchase involved free shipping offer, the shipping cost that we paid will deduct from the refund amount. The return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility. Item will inspected once we received it, if it's not under original condition or has been used/opened, or broken on purpose, we will refuse the refund request and will charge you for damaging the merchandise.

  1. Contact Us - By using on-line "Contact Us" form.
  2. Repack Merchandise - Package the merchandise in its original container, if available. Enclose the original receipt or packing slip.
  3. Ship - Shipped via the carrier of your choice, request for the tracking number. Please provide the tracking number to us once the package has been shipped. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive and the refund will not issued until we received.




Order Cancellations


Once an order is placed, we begin processing the request very quickly, however, it is possible to cancel an order during the Processing period. Please note, once the order moves into the Shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. NO cancellation will be allowed for purchasing any Sewing Pattern. To cancel your order:

  • PLEASE CONTACT US to cancel your order before the order moves into the Shipping process.
  • After you complete and submit your Cancellation Request, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been cancelled. Any pending charges will be refunded to you within 3~5 business days.
  • If you would like to make changes to the order or change the shipping address, you will need to cancel the order and place a new order.
  • If your order has already processed or shipped, you can NOT cancel.
  • Items may occasionally be cancelled by our system if there was an issue with the order or in low-stock situations. If an item is cancelled, you will receive an email notice that will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.




Exchanges


We do NOT process exchanges at this time; however, you may order a replacement item at any time by placing a new order. You may return your order for a refund. The restocking fee may apply in some cases.




Damaged or Defective Items


In the event an item is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, please CONTACT US FIRST. Items will be inspected and a determination made as to the cause of defect. In the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.




Credit/Refund


Refunds will be made in the form of original payment through Paypal.





Order Delivery

Inspecting Your Order for Damage


Once your order has arrived, immediately inspect the package for potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. Carefully inspect the packaging and the contents of the package. It is normal for the box to show some wear; however, if additional damage occurred:

  • Contact USPS if the damage occurred to the package and/or the product during delivery. Have your tracking number ready for reference.
  • Contact us immediately if the contents inside the package are damaged.




Delivery of Your Order


All orders will process within 2 business days and will be shipped by USPS. Please allow 7~10 business days for mail carrier to deliver your package. Sometimes the bad weather or human error may cause delay. Please track your package through USPS web site or contact your local post office for delivery information. Allow more days for the product to arrive at U.S. Military post office boxes. We cannot guarantee delivery time after the order is delivered to the military post office box.
