These terms and conditions govern participation in the EZ Shop & Design Partner Program. By applying to be a participant in the Program, each Partner (web shop/store owner, shop/store owner or individual – has to be 18 years old or older) agrees to these terms and conditions effective as of the date the Partner enrolls in the Program (the “Effective Date”).

EZ Shop & Design reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Partners should review these terms and conditions each time you access the EZ Shop & Design Web Site. We reserve the right to accept or reject your application for participation in the Partner Program at our sole discretion.

Partners enrolled in the EZ Shop & Design Partner Program are eligible to purchase our designed/created products and in stock products through the EZ Shop & Design Web Site (the Web Site - “www.ezshopdesign.com”). The terms of any such purchases, and the Partners use of the our web site, shall be governed by the EZ Shop & Design Terms of Use posted on the EZ Shop & Design web sites.

EZ Shop & Design will operate and service our Web Site and will be responsible for the production and delivery of products ordered from our web site. To obtain the benefits of the Partner Program, orders must be placed by Partners through www.ezshopdesign.com (the Web Site). EZ Shop & Design reserves the right to make changes to our web site at any time and without notice.

Any sales, marketing, administrative or other expenses incurred by a Partner in connection with its participation in the Partner Program are the sole responsibility of the Partner.

We do not require any minimum orders to remain in the Partner Program.

Pricing information for the Partner Program, including products, shipping, and optional assistance services, is located on the website and is typically discounted by up to 10% on each product. Partner Program products, services and pricing are subject to change by EZ Shop & Design at any time without notice. When using the Web Site, it is the Partner's responsibility to verify the Partner Program prices then in effect. Any EZ Shop & Design products not listed on the Web Site Pricing Page are not eligible for purchase under the Partner Program. All “Travelon” brand products and Printing Shop products are not eligible for the Partner Program.

Payment for all items ordered through the Web Site must be paid via Paypal on-line at the time each order is placed. Any late payment or unpaid order will be charged US$35.00 late fee for each transaction.

Partners may set your retail/resale prices at your discretion. Partners are solely responsible for collecting payments from your customers.

Partner's use of the Web Site and other EZ Shop & Design web sites shall be governed by and subject to the EZ Shop & Design Terms of Use posted on the sites. Partners agree to abide by all posted EZ Shop & Design Terms of Use.

EZ Shop & Design may terminate the Partner Program at any time. In addition, either EZ Shop & Design or Partner may terminate Partner's participation in the Program at any time and for any reason.

There is NO set up fee to become a registered EZ Shop & Design Partner.

For those who own web store/shop: you must agree to provide the valid web site store/stop address for verification. Partner's web site should have the ability to allow customers to place an order through your web site. Once the access to the Web site has been provided, the set up service is complete. You may use any our in stock products (excluded “Travelon”) information that provided from the Web Site and list them as many as you want to your own web store/shop.

For those who with no web store/shop: you MUST agree to purchase ONE and ONE only Sample/Demo pack at the lowest special discount price to start your own business and the Sample/Demo pack is one time only and limit ONE for one account (duplicated account will not qualify for the Partner Program). The Sample/Demo pack may include any in stock products listed on the Web Site (excluded “Travelon”) that you are interested to sell and limit ONE per each item to qualify for the special discount rate. The Sample/Demo pack may include shipping charge and tax (State of TX ).
